amazing experience!

this hotel have a location near to everything and close to the tube. rooms, they are well equipped with the most comfortable bed i ever slept. the breakfast is great, i recommended the pancakes with mixed berries and streaky bacon. the pem restaurant is also very good for an evening meal with good wine and lemon meringue pie.
i found a slight issue, i received charges daily to my card. this even occurred when i left due to a system error, that was very stressful.

the hotel is a few minutes walk from the palace and parliament. the thames is near, yet it is calm and quiet around it on broadway. a tube station is also near.

i found the executive lounge very convenient it had coffee teas and soft drinks available throughout the day they also offered canapés and drinks in the evening my room was a beautiful twin room it was well-appointed with nice toiletries slippers and bathrobes were included. breakfast had a full buffet with many options i noticed they also offered à la carte options
i could feel vibrations from the underground metro trains passing by but i was on the second floor

the king beautiful room had cozy bedding. a luxurious bathtub plus shower was present. the assortment of fine black teas was a fantastic touch. i received a bulldog plush, a fun addition to my collection from properties. the blue boar pub provided wonderful dinners, twice!
the carpet in my room looked like it needed a clean. i also noticed there was no english breakfast tea provided. it was a slight inconvenience, but everything else was great!

the hotel's location is unbeatable near westminster abbey. the st james tube station offers easy access to paddington station. it makes commuting to the heathrow express simple, a plus for travelers.

breakfast stood out with amazing service from each staff member. they genuinely took the time to get to know me. all the baked goods were amazing. i especially enjoyed the delicious egg custard tarts (they were my favourite!).
